- Follow I-77 to I-485 East and take exit 61 (Johnston Road).
- Veer right onto Johnston Road.
- Turn left onto Ballantyne Commons Parkway.
- Turn right onto North Community House Road.
- Turn left onto Community House Road.
- Highgrove will be on your left, just past Community House Middle School.
Sales associates are located at the Sanctuary sales center. Please call (877) 295-0950, and a sales associate will meet you on-site at Highgrove.
